I like the location even that isnt really near the beach.. close by to the restaurants and shops and the city mall

It's really pitty they give room in the end of the number 517 .. the bathroom really chaos and stuck the wash desk is stuck .. water didnt flow..the shower its off The mirror dirty and maintenance less... , eventhough that cheaper price but quality still to be necessary

the staff was really nice and helpful. Its located in the middle of the city. Its very closed to our fav restaurant. and there was also speed mart and scooter rental just right in front of the hotel

The room is quite small. we dont really have space for us to pray in the room.

Another very pleasant stay at the Ohana

I've been a regular at the Ohana for about 10 years, 4 - 5 times a year. The staff know me, and are always friendly and helpful. I like the location, only a 5 minute walk from Bemo Corner, and plenty of warungs nearby. The room was very clean, aircon efficient, and wifi good. The hotel has a safe left luggage facility.

There are a few little things that show age, but overall, it's a good place to stay.

I had an issue at beginning and loved how the manager handled the situation and did his best to make me comfortable and happy. The staff were very helpful, caring and friendly with always a lovely smile. Will be back to this place for sure as I felt like I’m home with my family ️

Nice room friendly staff

The staff were nice and friendly. The upgraded bedroom was really nice very spacious and big bathroom.

The original bedroom provided was a bit disappointing but luckily the staff were nice enough to offer us a free upgrade. The breakfast selection was a bit disappointing in comparison to other hotels we stayed at.

Clean-comfort-safe- good- ill come back!

Very cozy hotel, quiet and very clean rooms. Nice bed, fresh sheets, coffee available in the room and tea. Good staff, nice breakfast buffet. I can`t say what could be wrong!

Taxi was not available there.i booked uber but in that street uber were not allowed.hotel staff didn't help me out for this.i walked alone in the rain to catch my taxi.

Neat and clean hotel near the city center

In the center of Kuta, a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are neat and clean. The pool is great, partially inside, so you can swim without being in the sun. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The service was a bit slow, make sure you have the time ... always friendly though.

Everything was amazing.We had booked the Honey moon package and it was such a beautiful stay .had a lovely candle lit dinner for 2 .All ohana staff members had exceptional Service Well done .

Breakfast was good. They made veg fried rice for me since I didn't eat the food in buffet.

Aircon wasn't working properly. Initially it would work so slow that it felt like not working

Good and cheap stay in Kuta.

The beds were very comfortable. The air con worked well. The bathroom was a bit average and dated but had a door and worked well. Location was not too bad and there are cheap bites around the corner and cheap and delicious warungs adjacent to the property.

Children running , screaming and knocking on doors the whole night and early morning, nobody told them anything. Also the room was dirty , the towels too.

- good location - very cozy beds and great bathroom with everything you need - clean - good prices in the hotel restaurant and very tasty food - room service brings every day bottle water and coffee, tea - nice pool - safe - helpful staff, you can rent a bike from recepcion - good aircon in the room

- not enough sunbeds, they have one - breakfast is average - too hot in the restaurant - hotel recepcion offers pricey taxi, but you can find much cheaper
